British Columbia, no clubs were chartered in the nineteen fifties, one club chartered in 1968, none in the seventies, one in the eighties and two in the nineties. No clubs chartered since 1993.
Alberta, three clubs were chartered 1953-2001. They are all disbanded, the last one in 2005
Alaska,no clubs chartered since 1961
Idaho,no clubs chartered in the sixties, one club was chartered in 1975 and one in 1981; two clubs were chartered in the nineties and one in 2000. Since 2000, no clubs are chartered.
Oregon, only two clubs chartered in the fifties through 2002. Two clubs chartered in this century. They disbanded shortly afterwards.
Washington, only six clubs chartered from 1954 through 1998. This century has seen two new clubs, however they disbanded after a few years.
