Club Officer Information Forms are due!
to Zonta International (ZI) Headquarters by 31 May 2018

for the 1 June 2018 – 31 May 2019 term.

The Club Officer Information Form provides ZI with the incoming club presidents’ and treasurers’ names and contact information so that ZI can send important communications to clubs.

This form must be completed and returned every year, regardless of when clubs change club officers. There are two options for you to submit the form:
