ZI Leadership Development Initiatives

The Zonta International Leadership Development Committee has selected four initiatives to work on this biennium. They are:

  1. Core competencies for Zontians and resources to support their development and application.
  2. Mentoring programs to enhance leadership continuity.
  3. Tips and resources to support leading in a virtual world due to COVID.
  4. Updating current e-learning sessions.

Recently the Committee provided webinars on the Core Competency Development Plan for Zonta Leaders.  For your convenience, here are several links:

The International Leadership Development Committee will be updating the existing e-learning sessions and adding more.  They will provide a presentation on “Leading in a Virtual World,” in January, and will launch a mentoring plan in February. I’ll continue to keep you all informed as the information comes out.
