The Conference will use Padlet for the Program, Agenda, Takeaways, Updates and etcetera. In the spirit of sustainability and to be more environmentally friendly, we will not be printing programs, agendas, or other conference documents (including business documents). If you would like a printed program or other business documents, please be sure to print them before you come to Conference.

In-Person: While the conference is two days, some will want to arrive early, and are invited to attend a welcome gathering on September 17th (more below). The official opening welcome event will be held at the conference venue, Hotel Indigo in Everett, WA on September 18th. After the conference sessions, there will be a closing dinner on the 20th.  Suggested checkout date is September 21.

Due to the current exchange rate, Canadian clubs will pay the CAD equivalent of the USD registration fees. Please use the appropriate discount code when registering:

  • In-Person Early Bird (by August 18): CA-EB
  • In-Person Standard (August 19 or later): CA-ST
  • Virtual Registration (available through September 19): CA-VR

Refund Policy:

  • By August 18: Full refund minus $25 cancellation fee
  • August 19–September 3: 50% refund (including dinner)
  • After September 3:    No refunds

Info for Virtual Attendees:

You will receive information to join via Zoom prior to Conference.

Virtual sessions are from 12-4pm PT daily. Our daily keynote speakers will be joining us virtually with you!

NO DISTRICT BUSINESS SESSIONS will be held on Zoom

Delegates must attend in person to vote in the morning business sessions each day.

Special Events during the Convention

Events on September 17th & 18th evenings are FREE and all are welcome–please add the FREE events to your cart when registering, if you would like to attend.  On the 19th we will have several opportunities to connect and explore Everett with friends–details are coming soon!  Of course, you are welcome to fill Friday evening any way you choose!  The Departure Dinner on September 19th is included with registration (if you register by August 18th).  Guests are welcome to all events–please add your guests’ tickets to each of these events to your cart when registering.

Sept 20 Morning – Orange Walk

Together we walk, Together we soar!

Pack your favorite orange attire and join us as we take visible steps in orange to raise awareness of Zonta’s mission to build a better world for women and girls.

This short, purposeful walk—sponsored by the District 8 Area Directors—will end at a local coffee shop where a complimentary beverage and snack await.

Ofelia “Lia” Bautista, Director of the Zonta Club of Greater Rizal I, Philippines,  District 17, will be an honored featured speaker at the D8 Zonta Conference on September 19-20 in Everett, Washington! As an International Delegate, she is coming to our conference to deliver the ZI message and speak on behalf of President Salla Tuominen.

We are pleased to announce that our Climate speaker at the conference will be Representative Beth Doglio.
Rep. Beth Doglio represents the 22nd District in the Washington State Legislature. She serves as the Chair of the House Environment & Energy Committee. As a legislator she has been engaged in the full suite of climate legislation enacted in Washington, helping to pass the initial policies and now working to implement them.  She has worked at Climate Solutions for 20 years, a Northwest-based clean energy nonprofit. In addition, she served as the first Executive Director of Washington Conservation Voters and worked for Pro-Choice Washington, Audubon Washington, and Seattle Public Utilities.
